Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number.
Shipping Rates
Thule offers free standard ground shipping within the United States and Canada to customers who opt in to receive marketing email communications at the time of purchase.
Customers who do not opt in to receive marketing email communications will be charged applicable standard shipping rates at checkout, regardless of order value.
Free shipping eligibility applies only to standard delivery areas. Orders shipped to extended or remote delivery areas are subject to an additional $50 shipping fee.
Unless otherwise specified, shipping charges will be applied to all purchases made with a discount code.
Free Shipping Email Opt-In Program
Customers may qualify for free standard ground shipping within the United States and Canada by providing a valid email address and expressly consenting to receive marketing communications from Thule at the time of purchase.
By opting in, you agree to receive promotional emails, product updates, and marketing communications from Thule. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting Customer Support.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not retroactively affect shipping charges on completed orders. Future purchases will not qualify for free shipping unless you are opted in to receive marketing communications at the time of checkout.
Participation in the Free Shipping Email Opt-In Program is voluntary. Customers who choose not to opt in may still complete purchases but will be charged applicable shipping fees.

Ground Shipping
Please allow up to 6 working days for your order to arrive. Excludes federal holidays. No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping on PRO deals, to extended areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador) on heavy items (+149lbs) or oversized items (cargo boxes, bike travel cases, Thule rooftop tents, awnings and the Thule TracRac Universal Steel Rack). To get your expedited orders delivered fastest, make sure to place them by 1:00 PM local time. For orders placed after 1:00 PM, expedited shipping will begin the next business day. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery to Extended Areas
There will be an additional $50 shipping fee for all orders eligible for delivery to extended areas, which include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador. This additional fee applies to all orders, including those qualifying for free shipping through the Free Shipping Email Opt-In Program.
Delivery to Thule store
You can choose to collect your order from the Thule Store in Denver. When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you to arrange a collection time and, if applicable, installation (additional installation fee applied). The person who placed the order must present valid ID when collecting the order. If someone else collects the order on your behalf, they must present both their own ID and the ID of the person who placed the order. Orders must be collected within 5 days of being contacted by the store. If the order is not collected within this time, the products will be returned to our central warehouse at your expense.
Delivery of Large Items
We use a specialty delivery service to deliver large items, including cargo boxes, bike travel cases*, Thule rooftop tents, awnings and the Thule TracRac Universal Steel Rack. If you ordered an oversized item, please click here to learn more about what to expect during the delivery process.
Sorry, we currently do not deliver the identified large items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador. Please use our Where to buy page or Find it locally on the product page for local dealers of these products.
*Shipping rates for soft-shell bike travel cases are based on sales value as they are not packaged as large items.
